On December 5, 2025, Apostle Charles Addo Asare, Leader of the Accra Apostle Working Area, convened a soul care meeting at the Accra Central Church. The gathering brought together all district leaders and their deputies—both active and retired—alongside their spouses from across the districts under his care, including rectors from Accra East and West.
The meeting reflected the Apostle’s commitment to strengthening unity, fostering collaboration among ministers, and affirming the vital role of women in ministry. It also highlighted his vision for growth within the Apostle area and the importance of preparing the Church for future milestones.
Key Agenda Items:
- Women in Ministry: Exploring opportunities for willing women to help revive inactive congregations and support the Church’s mission.
- Exercising Ministry in Retirement: Providing retired ministers with special mandates to continue performing specific ministerial acts or divine services for a limited time, with their consent.
- Seminar Execution: Training ministers and teachers on the Church’s faith and doctrine, ensuring integrated understanding and consistent practices.
- District Apostle Visit (March 2026): Planning towards the final official visit of the District Apostle to Ghana, Accra.
A Spirit of Fellowship
The meeting was a resounding success, encouraging fellowship and togetherness among senior ministers and their spouses. It underscored the shared responsibility of progressing the work in the Apostle area and preparing the bridal congregation for the return of Christ.
